Matt did a great job cleaning my bedroom carpet, an area rug, a sectional sofa and chair. He came on time and gave me an estimate prior to starting the work. Matt lent us 4 fans to keep overnight which helped a great deal with the drying process. He checked in the next day to make sure everything looked ok. Matt also gave us a spray cleaning solution to use on any future stains. We were very pleased with the service provided.
We had a great experience with Dougherty Carpet Cleaning! Matt was responsive and answered all of our questions prior to the appointment. We got our sofa, multiple rugs and benches cleaned and they did an excellent job. They even helped move everything back. Highly recommend them!
