Everybody has bad days so that's normal (I'm referring to the negative feed back that's on here) I can only speak of my experience, which by the way goes back before it burnt down in the late 80's. If you want to talk about bad customer service try shopping there back then. Anyhow I have to say mark was very helpful as well as Nicole. Awesome place, clean and organized. Killer selection of American made products including work boots and shoes.
