Dougert has been super negligent to many complaints of tenant harassment and inhabitable living conditions. The neighbor in 2A @923 Avenue **** for 13+ years has not only being causing persistent noise disturbances, she has also posed threats to our livelihoods (we have a minor who resides here). On a weekly basis, she floods the kitchen ceiling, bathroom ceiling and at times bedroom ceilings by running the tub, sinks or drags her portable washing machine and lets it drain out. Dougert management company doesn’t manage their building at *** ***** ***. at all. Some of the tenants hold loud parties in the courtyard, drinking alcohol, barbecuing food, when they’re not supposed to use grills on the property, shoot off fire works and fire crackers illegally, fight and smoke marijuana on the property. The police have been called numerous times to break up the parties because of the noise, which keeps the entire block awake any given night, sometimes until 6am in the morning. This is the worst management company ever. They fail in ability to comply with any requirements as pertain to their obligatory responsibility. Living condition are so neglected that it has caused major property damages, serious illness and even loss of life. This company needs serious investigation and reprimand.
