As of now, I wish a negative star rating was an option. My experience working with Heather has been a nightmare!!! SO SO BAD. We paid and she did not do anything she said she would. She forgot to file an extension and promised to take care of her mistake and told us it was handled in 2017. Come to find TODAY, 2024, THAT IT WAS NEVER HANDLED!!!
