I hired Doug Williams construction to build my house back after a house fire. Overall poor quality and not a great guy to work with. Cut corners on various parts of the job and refused to fix anything I asked. Not only that, but he created more problems than he fixed. He was given tens of thousands of dollars and complained about how insurance and the bank handled funds.
