This scamming son of a bitch. I stopped attending my local community College, and Doug and statefarm as a whole attempted to raise my car insurance rates from around 600 every 6 months to 1050 every 6 months. My parents have been trying to get their fucking roof redone after the derecho in cedar rapids and state farm and Doug have made it an entire pain in the ass. Do not do business with this company. Everyone in Doug's office is always so welcoming and easy to work with. I feel like they always have my best interest in mind, no matter if we are talking about car or home owner's insurance or my financial future!
