Doug recently helped us sell our home this past Spring/Summer 2020 . With everything going on (Covid) Doug first sold our home then that fell thru due to covid 5 days before close. Doug was recommended by my uncle. I was told he offered a reduced rate which was music to my ears as we were selling my parent's estate after moving them to assisted living. My fear was that along with a reduced rate we would get reduced service. After using Doug, nothing was more further from the truth! He was on top of everything, from beginning to end. In fact, he put our previous realtor to shame. Highly recommended!!!!

We sold our home and bought a new one using Doug. He was very professional and told us exactly what we needed to do to sell, he met with us the day we wanted to get started with the process, gave us comps so we knew a general price to ask, and had our home listed two days later (we needed the time to prepare it for showing). Doug saved us a lot of money with his flat rate to sell ours and use him to buy our dream home. But the best part was his ability to work through our purchase being contingent on our house selling, along with a delay with our buyers loan. We still can't believe how smoothly our purchase of our condo and sale of our house went! Doug was super helpful in giving us a little time to sell our house when we decided to buy a condo he had listed.
