Our service appointment went very well. We were treated great by Cody our technician who kept us updated on progress with our hitch installation. Additionally Cody had Uber pick us up and drive us to where we had breakfast. (Our appointment was estimated to be about 3 hours. This really helped shorten our wait time.) Upon returning to the dealership our car was nearly completed and was brought to us washed and ready to go. We were happy with Cody, with our service, and happy with the work done.
