We enjoyed working with the team at Doug Smith when purchasing our used Forester. Especially with Jacob, our salesman. He was kind and patient with our concerns. We didn’t feel pressured or uncomfortable there at all. We appreciated that the manager came to talk to us personally, instead of Jacob having to run back and forth between us. It felt way more personable than other dealerships we had been looking at. We will be back!
SUBARU SERVICE HAS GONE SO FAR DOWN HILL. I will never buy Subaru ever again. Worst experience with a call dealership I have ever had. Sam is an absolute goof!!!!!!! I drove an hour and a half for him to tell me they weren’t even gonna try and help me. DO NOT WASTE PEOPLES TIME LIKE THAt. And now I don’t have a car for a month because Subaru refuses to give me a loaner car. I’m not paying $200 for a “loaner” car, especially when it’s a recall on Subaru part. She helped us with our second car purchase and is amazing. She also followed up to ensure we are happy with our purchase and she always asks if we have any questions.
