BUYER BEWARE. In my experience, the sales agent withheld important information and provided inaccurate details to secure the sale. When I brought the concerns forward, I met with management to discuss what had been misrepresented. Unfortunately, the issue went nowhere because it was ultimately dismissed as a “he said, she said” situation. Craig Tedesco was an extraordinary sales consultant. I would give my experience a 4.5. It would have been a 5 , but, I had to put too much time and effort into getting my deposit refunded. I am pretty sure Craig Tedesco got that process done quicker than it was getting done.
Garett was awesome helping me find a car that fit my needs and other criteria. He, Rueben and the rest of the staff were extremely professional, helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. Highly recommend.
