Great service department. Fast, fair, love the videos
Michaela worked with us to find the right car. She showed us multiple cars online, and brought several for us to look at in person. She explained our options, and was courteous and friendly.
Shady sales tactics from start to finish. They blatantly lied about cars I was interested in, claiming the vehicles were still available when they knew full well they had already been sold. It was clearly just a bait-and-switch to get me into their dealership. Even after I explicitly told them I was not interested and to stop contacting me, the harassing phone calls continued nonstop. Don't waste your time with this dealership.
Great experience with Brandon at Doug Smith Subaru. I had very specific needs and Brandon took time to listen and help me find the right vehicles. No pressure, just help and a good deal.
Came in last Friday to Doug Smith Subaru in American Fork. Dave Elsberry was great to work with. Very transparent and friendly person. Had ideas of trade in of our Third Forester. Gave a great price and had out the door pricing for new Forester. Came so close that wife and I went with the deal. Much better buying experience. Definitely give Doug Smith a chance.
