RecommendedAmazing dealership my experience with them was less then an hour but holy cow these guys were Amazing. I think her name was Ashley there in service. I brought an impreza in that I was looking at and asked if they could look at it and see how the rust was and the engine looked when it comes to leaks etc. they did a once over and found some major leaks the dealer I brought the car from didn't see and didn't care about. Don’t go to Doug Smith Subaru you’re better off going to Mark Miller. the service advisor think everything is a joke even when your car is sitting in there for two weeks they should have on hand.

We worked with Dempsey Bowling recently for our second car buying experience. He is a really great salesman who listens and makes recommendations based on what we can afford not on what he wants to sell us. We visited several dealerships for this car and our previous car, and Dempsey was one of only 2 sales guys who made the car buying experience easy. He's our car guy for sure. We are leasing the new Subaru Outback and really like it.

We believe the service department tricked us into getting a service that we didn't need and certainly won't be returning to this dealership in the future. We had an appointment and were annoyed that we had to talk to 3 different employees about the cars issue just to get checked in. We were then told that our right rear wheel was wildly out of alignment and even shown a printout as proof. We approved realignment on all wheels. I received high quality service! I went back and forth over a long period of time about different models and specifications and was always met with timely answers and accommodations to my questions.
Mike was super helpful and very kind to my special needs child. Will return for sure when it’s time for an upgrade.
