From the moment of my arrival I was treated professionally and so kind and helpful, starting with the girl who checked me in to my service advisor, I think his name was Hyrum. He answered all my questions, he was positive and very efficient. I had a great experience!!🤗
We are very grateful the regional Kia decision maker allowed our vehicle to be included in N airbag recall campaign which we had missed the mail communication on. It took a little more time than we initially anticipated and the process could have been a bit better, but in the end, we were taken care of. Again, very grateful the regional decision maker provided this “goodwill” inclusion exception for us. Thank you, thank you!!!

I have been to numerous Service Departments, and Doug Smith Kia has to be the best I've ever experienced. I would buy another Kia just to have the Service Department Access.
