Very friendly and finished up the services ahead of time.
Instead of proactively stocking all the parts that could be needed for a recall, they make the customers go twice to the dealership: the first time to determine what is needed and the second time to complete the recall. There is no reason to inconvenience the customers twice, particularly when the recalls are the responsibility of the manufacturer.
