I would give them zero stars if I could. I bought a used Yukon and brought it in for service where they "performed and oil change" on it then brought it back to do a coolant service and transmission service. Now it has started leaking coolant after their service. Rod told me it was head gasket problems and that it had failed some tests and that is the only answer. I told him put it back together and I will pick it up. When I picked it up Rod told me it was all faulty equipment and it was the radiator cap. Seams fishy. So I d... read more

On my way from the Seattle area to Flagstaff for a Grand Canyon raft trip my pickup went into the limp mode near Spanish Fork. I googled Chevrolet Dealers and came up with Doug Smith Chevrolet. It was Saturday afternoon at about 1:00 pm...2 hrs before closing time and reached Freddy Daugherty. Just wanted to put a plug in for salesman Marcos Pereyra! He is flat out awesome! Very kind, very knowledgeable, and so willing to answer all your question about the car/truck you're interested in. My wife and I arrived late one evening (around 7:00 pm), and Marcos was due to end his shift and go home.
