I recently purchased a Volkswagens Atlas at Doug Smith Auto in Spanish Fork. I had a very pleasant experience which isn't always the case at car dealerships. I would give them zero stars if I could. I bought a used Yukon and brought it in for service where they "performed and oil change" on it then brought it back to do a coolant service and transmission service. Now it has started leaking coolant after their service. Rod told me it was head gasket problems and that it had failed some tests and that is the only answer. I told him put it back together and I will pick it up. When I picked it up Rod told me it was all faulty equipment and it was the radiator cap. Seams fishy. So I d... read more
