Very professional worker, fixed problem, informed potential future issues to deal with warranty. 2 fees to go out travel + service. Would rather have 1 fee. Feels like nickel and diming.
The repair person whom I'm assuming is the owner, was very courteous and efficient. He explained in terms I could understand what the problems were. He talked about some things he would have done differently in the install,but assured us that it was totally up to code. He showed us how to fix some of the concerns we had ourselves. We will definitely continue to use DR heating and plumbing in the future and recommend the business to family and friends.
I've used DR Heating and plumbing twice now. Both times were great! Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, excellent work, and cheaper than at least 3 other well known companies in the Idaho Falls area. Highly recommend!
