We had a great experience having our furnace serviced through DR Heating and Plumbing. Candice and Jeana were helpful and efficient to get me on the schedule the same day. Victor was at my house within a hour and was very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. He did a great job servicing our furnace and took the time to answer our questions and even gave us some helpful tips on how to better maintain our water heater. Victor from DR Heating was very friendly and knowledgeable. He found the issue, got a replacement part, installed and tested my furnace. Can't recommend DR enough!
These guys are the best. Prices are reasonable and they are wonderful to work with. They are my go to when I have issues.
Overcharged for two simple repairs nearly $900 for a PVB valve install (a $75 part) and an easy access 14" copper pipe/spigot replacement (a $50 part). Labor was quoted at ~$140 an hour and his actual time on the two jobs was a little over an hour. Should have been at most, $400-500 total. Avoid this company.
