Victor from DR Heating was very friendly and knowledgeable. He found the issue, got a replacement part, installed and tested my furnace. Can't recommend DR enough!
These guys are the best. Prices are reasonable and they are wonderful to work with. They are my go to when I have issues.
Overcharged for two simple repairs nearly $900 for a PVB valve install (a $75 part) and an easy access 14" copper pipe/spigot replacement (a $50 part). Labor was quoted at ~$140 an hour and his actual time on the two jobs was a little over an hour. Should have been at most, $400-500 total. Avoid this company.
Very professional worker, fixed problem, informed potential future issues to deal with warranty. 2 fees to go out travel + service. Would rather have 1 fee. Feels like nickel and diming.
