Our furnace stopped heating on Friday. We did the little troubleshooting we knew how to do with no results. Called Doug's Plb & Htg after lunch and received SAME day service! Pleased to have a warm home again. Thank you for excellent and courteous service!

Called and made an appointment several days out since they were back to back with service calls. Not a problem. Called the day before with the instructions to access the property, the guy told me, “yep, planning on it.” The time came and went and I called to get an update on what the fix was. The response was a rude remark about how I was pushed and this is why appointments don’t work out and that I should have known that.
