Great listener. Explained pros/cons + risk/reward for medications. HIs office is very easy to deal with when I call. He's knowledgeable and spent quite a bit of time with me answering questions. Did not hesitate to send me to a specialist when I needed one.

My family and I saw Dr. Riddle for many years. My youngest child suffered a series of concussions in sports, & possible a broken nose. No imaging was EVER ordered. We changed doctors before she was diagnosed with post concussive syndrome, and chronic migraines due to her concussions. Her nose is now crooked as well. He rushed appointments. We would call the office & Dr. Riddle would supply us with a school note without seeing her & tell us if Aleve doesn't work, go to the ER. We fired him.

Dr. Riddle was great during mine and my husbands appointment. He listened to what we had to say and made suggestions. I felt that I was overcharged for the visit, but found out that my insurance is really bad, therefore I had to pay a lot out of pocket. I wish there was a way that we could be told how much it would cost upfront. The cost was a downfall for the office, but I will say Dr. Riddle has great bedside manners and we appreciated his detailed knowledge of the medical issues.

Bottom line - Dr. Riddle is nice when you are there. He listens and makes lots of notes. However, everything you mention, even small talk he documents and you are billed for. I called the billing department they said he coded every topic to bill insurance, everything! But when you call the office they blame the billing department. Around and around we go, I believe there may be some insurance fraud issues going on in this office. Needles to say, we will NOT be going back! BEWARE of the headache!

Twice he prescribed medication for me that would be dangerous, given my heart condition and other prescription. With the first, I luckily had an appointment with a specialist that day. I mentioned the prescription and the doctor told me that it was a ridiculous error. OK. But a second time? Shameful. What was this guy doing when in med school?

Dr. Riddle takes the time to explain and make sure the patient understands the situation. He has a compassionate heart, good sense of humor, and manages his time well! The rest of the staff is helpful and friendly. When you call with a question, someone actually answers!

Dr Riddle takes the time to discuss the medical concerns with you and gives you the options available. He provides the pros and the cons to each situation and clearly explains risk/reward regarding the medical decisions. I have never felt like just another patient. The time and care he spends with me and my family is personal and valued.
