Doug helped my wife and I sell our Condo in Sacramento and then buy our house in Auburn. He did a great job with both transactions, he got us top dollar on our condo sale with 10+ offers after a weekend open house and then negotiated our purchase price down over $30,000 on the house we bought in Auburn. He also helped my brother/sister-in law purchase their house in Auburn a year later. I would highly recommend Doug, he was great to work with!
