Have been talking to Dr. Smith for awhile and he is very kind and listens well to whatever issues that arise. I would highly recommend him.

Just does not return phone calls. I actually even traveled to his office to see if I could schedule an appointment. I would recommend that if a therapist is not taking new clients, please do the courtesy of a phone call, but do not simply ignore a potential client.
