What a legal journey. My sister and I were appointed a fiduciary who was difficult in the extreme. We wrestled long and hard over legal representation. Many calls to Doug and staff. The patience with us (and the case) displayed by Doug and his staff was exemplary. Once we hired Doug my stress levels subsided. More important was his skill before the court. Worst firm ever! I regret hiring them. They are not supportive. They’re rude and can’t remember anything. The paralegal does things out of anger. To threaten their own client is insane work.
