UPDATE: After speaking to the office they were apologetic regarding the lack of communication and information. I explained my position and they were understanding and stated that they would look into the issues regarding the delay of information. Very pleased with their response. I went with this law firm to help with a deed transfer upon death and so far I have to say the communication has been terrible. Have no issue with the firm as a whole even though they ended up dropping my case. I think they did a great job for no money up front so props for that. Doug tried to work with me regarding payments. After I did not read the contract for probate guardianship as well as I should have before signing(read closely). Which I take full accountability for.
