Picked up my taxes after leaving them for 2-3 months and nothing was done. Went somewhere else.
Highly advise you to not come here. Better off screwing up your own taxes using turbo tax than to pay a dime for services. Charis did not do me any service and if anything seemed pretty lost. I hope they shut down the IRS and her tax preparation goes out the window with it
Receptionist was not very friendly attitude of being too busy, no time to allow me to ask questions. I will call back and today she was pleasant and helpful. Theresa was her name. Yesterday must of just been a rough day or something.huess it just surprised me. All great today. 😉
