The doctors and staff were outstanding- efficient and kind. Great combination.
Dr Marx was a surprise. My dr retired and finding a new one was hard as most were booked up. Dr Marx just came into Aurora and he just happened to have openings and I took a chance on him. I don’t know how long he will be taking clients because he is just that good. I asked the workers before I met him their thoughts as a new doctor and they raved about him. All Staff is friendly and extremely helpful, going above and beyond to stay later to run labs for me. Dr Marx is excellent as always - I can’t say enough about him to refer him or comment on how supporting and thoughtful he is when advising or helping determine treatment/next steps. Thx so much to Dr Marx and everyone at ProHealth for your professionalism and excellent care. Highly recommend this team!
Provider and staff were amazing, his MA was amazing and Dr. Marx is so attentive and understanding. He treats me like a individual, not a text book and has real discussions about my care. I feel like this is a partnership not a typical Doctor/patient relationship. He listens and takes into consideration what I think and we come to an agreement together.
