DO NOT rent, or buy from this company. Very greedy and very unprofessional at LOTS of things. Nothing was ever fixed around the home when needed, we had our signatures forged to a month to month lease we never received or spoke of. It was never brought to our attention, Illegally forged it due to us knowing our rights. Kristi was great to work with. I am single and was not looking for an expensive home. She treated me like I was getting a million dollar home. Full of information, suggestions etc… she was the best. Never pressured me. I will use her again if needed and would suggest her to anyone!!!

Disappointing, unethical, and unprofessional. I discovered that the co-owner of this realty company approached an elderly relative to gain information about the potential sale of his home. During the meeting, she asked him personal information and informed him that she would be the listing agent. He suffers from dementia and is not able to understand business transactions, nor was he aware that he was going to sell his home? I have bought many houses over the years, and Jon Madison is one of the most knowledgeable, competent, and thorough agents I’ve worked with.
