I thought this guy was reputable ,,,, He sends out insulting lowball offer of half what the property is worth,,, if I could buy my property at his price I would buy 10 of them,,,,, Im at the base of the Superstitions Mountains and there is nothing out here for 400k on 1.25 acre. This guy is no different then the others stealing you equity from you. I would stay away from him and all the others.
