I wouldn't recommend this dealership for any service nor purchase. Very disappointed how manager accepted Cindy dishonesty, attitudes, and holding my car key for several days which was a hardship since I was out of town. Regret not being in Wilmington NC or going to Kinston NC. Hope training will be implemented for customer service.
