The service I received at Doug Henry Ford was phenomenal. I dealt with Mr. Jay Coggins from the beginning and he done an outstanding job with no added pressure. To sum it up the whole staff was very helpful and polite. I highly recommend Doug Henry Ford, they have the best prices around.
I was looking around for a new truck and had visited several dealerships in person and on the internet but was not able to find the truck I wanted. My experience with Doug Henry Ford was outstanding. I was in contact with Larry for several days to set up a time to come in and test drive since I live about 2 hours away from the dealership. I got out of work late on the day of the test drive, but Larry and Joe were happy to stay an hour past their closing time so I could still go to the dealership. I done business with Doug Henry Ford on Wednesday Dec. 18, 2013. I dealt with Mr. Vitus Bradshaw (from the Doug Henry Chevy lot in Tarboro). I also dealt with Mr. Joe Tillery (the finance manager) for Doug Henry Ford. Both men went above and beyond great customer service to make sure my needs were met and I was taken care of.
