Service man lies , diagnostic test said I needed actuator for 4 wheel drive cost 1,000 dollars ,had it put in didn't fix it ,took to Goldsboro dealerships put on their diagnostic they said bad actuator or installed wrong and check wiring said was good,took it back to you told me going step 2 WHAT? Step 1 was supposed to fix it ?!!!!?? you told me wiring smdh ,I also had another experience with you changed cam it was recalled you put valve cover gasket on wrong oil pouring out jeep smoking like on fire ! My experience with this dealership was awesome Trenton walk me thought the process he was confident and very knowledgeable we had a small issue they worked thought it .i signed my paper work and was out of there within an hour and half overall great experience I would recommend Doug Henry of Kinston to anybody!!!!!
