Doug was well-mannered and knew a decent amount about the way small town Iowa was run in terms of utilities and such. He worked with Drew to make sure I could find a home that I loved. He also puts in the odd hours to make things work. Overall positive experience. 4 stars only because sometimes there was confusion between the two of us on what I needed to do and deadlines.
Great overall experience with Doug Hartman! With our unique relocation sale, he was prompt in responding and willing to put in the extra work that relocations take. When there were concerns regarding a couple photos, he was receptive and made changes immediately. Doug went above and beyond to the point of helping load the Uhaul and vacuuming our way out of the house after we were packed up! Call Doug for full service reality!
