Doug was great throughout the process of selling our apartment and buying our new townhouse in Mount Pleasant. We were on a tight timeline for our purchase and he was able to secure a buyer for our apartment within 24 hours!
Doug helped us sell our house and buy a new one in 2024. He was very helpful, responsive, and collaborative in both selling and finding a new house to fit our needs, and in working through the process.
This was our second time working with Doug, and once again, he was fantastic. The first time, he helped us find a home during the chaos of the COVID market, and most recently, he guided us through selling in a tough market. He is knowledgeable, patient, and always has our best interests in mind. Doug worked hard to get us the best possible outcome and never made us feel pressured. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great realtor!
Doug was very thorough and thoughtful in our home search - his ability to navigate the market and steer us in the right direction landed us a great property . As well he helped us sell a few homes over the last few years and optimized what we could get as a selling price It was a great experience all together!
