We have used Doug to buy two properties and sell one. On the most recent purchase, I was ready to accept the sellers counter offer and Doug convinced me to put in another two counters. He was right, and we ended up with a significant savings. I think most Realtors would have just tried to close the sale and let their clients over pay.
