Not sure who this Sean H guy is but this agent is pretty good. Maybe this guy is off his meds. This agency helped me with a cruise and I have traveled twice to Las Vegas using them. They only thing I wish is that he had more staff to return calls on the weekend, but I always here back from him within a few hours.
Doug Foster is the WORST travel agent ever. The only good reviews he gets are from himself. He is dougf74. As for Jeff E. I think that's him also. Myself and my friends booked a cruise with this guy and he promised us in writing all kinds of stuff and delivered nothing. Once he got paid from the Cruise line he never returned our calls. The cruise line tried many times to contact him on our behalf but he never responded to them. We have since found out that he has screwed a lot of people. I wish I could give more than five stars. Doug and his agency always comes through. We always get the best deals and gifts on our trips. He is on the spot and takes care of all our needs. We just got off our second cruise using him and we leave Florida for another cruise this fall. I cannot give him enough praises.
Doug Foster is the worst Travel Agent. He sold us a cruise and promised me and 2 other families in writing on his letter head, the beverage package for everyone in each cabin, $400 onboard credits and other gifts, and when we got on the ship we got nothing. Once he got paid from the cruise line he refused to answer our calls and emails. He also sold a different cruise to a friend of mine and promised them $300 in onboard credits and other gifts, and they never got them. Beware of this guy he is a real scam artist!!!!!!!
I have been booking my travel for them for two years now, always the best prices and freindly service
