Carpet badly laid in hallway... lines in carpet not parallel to walls... equally irregular on both sides of hallway. Walls are parralel to each other. Join in lounge very obvious. Told that it was a cheap carpet (correct, but laying it and joining it correctly still applies) and some story (which I have since discovered to be untrue) about why the join had to be in middle of room. I was also told the hot glued carpet join would become less obvious. Paintwork was damaged in several places, but apparently that was the painter'... read more

We have used this company for over 20 years. Always Great service!
Very bad service and terrible communication. They haven’t resolved carpet left unfitted for a very long time. It’s a small job so they obviously can’t be bothered. I have called a number of times and been told they will call me back but they never do. Thinking it’s best to go back to the supplier - I tried for the last time and was told “if my tiles weren’t ready when they installed then it’s not their problem”.
