I applied for a property and they called me and told me that the landlord was moving forward with another applicant which was fine but they processed my application still even tho I didn’t have another property to apply to ….. then when I asked for my money back I’m given a hard time about it EVEN THO THEY MOVED FORWARD WITH ANOTHER APPLICANT every staff is rude ! From receptionist to the application manager nobody is professional and this company seem money hungry ! Take your money and time elsewhere cause this ain’t worth ... read more
I have been using their service for the last few years and have recommended their services to several people not only looking for management service, but for housing options. I have always found their staff to be very professional, responsive, and very active in my property activities. I always got the impression that it is a small office with several properties, this did not stop them from giving me personal attention.
