My husband and I have been living at a property managed by Douglas Anderson for 10 years. They have continued to provide excellent service, especially Karina who has been a consistent help and blessing to us.
DAPM has been managing my property for over 25 years. We have been very happy with them. Their Maintenance and Rent Departments are very helpful and have been wonderful in keeping our home in great condition and the rent where it should be! They always respond to my emails and phone calls when I have a question or issue. I appreciate all their help, especially when they've gone above and beyond.
If I could rate them 0 stars I would. My application was approved for a property that I was excited about. I asked for a pretty quick move in date, but they didn’t give me any time to discuss lease terms before demanding the security deposit. I had no idea when or if I would be approved. Then I had 24 hours to show up IN PERSON with money for the deposit (I was not informed it would have to be in person until I got the 24 hours email).
