Great staff! Very friendly, they are on it when it comes to maintenance.
Doug Anderson Property Management has been managing our rental in Lancaster since 2013. They have been very professional in the handling of any issues we have encountered. Hope has been extremely professional, and proactive. Their subcontractors have been excellent. I can highly recommend the Doug Anderson Property Management team.
I never experienced an issue although I did check business licensing and they don't have one! Check with department of real estate and City Hall business license HDL.
