Doug is an excellent agent! He was knowledgeable and readily available. He was very patient and thorough. He made great recommendations for my lender, home inspector, and title agent. He never pressured me to make a decision quickly. He is friendly and really knows how to put everyone at ease. He was a great negotiator on my behalf. I felt very well represented.
