The office staff is always helpful and the service was top notch. I appreciated the fact that they went beyond my request and checked the whole roof structure for stability before they started.
After the huge snowfall at the end of January, we experienced a leak in a bedroom ceiling. The water was dripping and rolling down the wall like a waterfall. Doucette responded immediately. Two crew members came and shoveled off a foot of snow and chopped through a foot of ice. The water stopped almost immediately once the crew had finished shoveling off the back corner of the roof. The team was super professional, clean and fast, and was able to fix our roof within a day, leaving no mess just a properly installed roof.
