Not a good company at all.They have been lying to us and screwing us around on roofing materials for two months now. Looks like we will have to send this debt to a collection company. ZERO STARS ..... BAD COMPANY
We had some wind damage done to our roof and Greg was very quick to respond and get the roof repaired within 24 hours. It was great to have the photos of the damage sent to me. Greg was very pleasant to deal with. We are very happy with the work and great service.
The office staff is always helpful and the service was top notch. I appreciated the fact that they went beyond my request and checked the whole roof structure for stability before they started.
After the huge snowfall at the end of January, we experienced a leak in a bedroom ceiling. The water was dripping and rolling down the wall like a waterfall. Doucette responded immediately. Two crew members came and shoveled off a foot of snow and chopped through a foot of ice. The water stopped almost immediately once the crew had finished shoveling off the back corner of the roof. Thank you Doucette! JAA
Had a leak in our closet, reached out to the owner, who was here the next day. He assessed the damage and within a week we had a new roof. The team was super professional, clean and fast, and was able to fix our roof within a day, leaving no mess just a properly installed roof. Would recommend to anyone who is in need of a new roof, 5 stars!
