Just had this company do a shingle roof replacement and corrected the insulation/ventilation problem, work was done quickly and efficiently. We also had the Flatroof replaced and looks amazing in record time all under budget. The roofers were all very knowledgeable and friendly, we particularly liked dealing with Greg and Traci, best roofers in the area, you won’t be disappointed.
Not a good company at all.They have been lying to us and screwing us around on roofing materials for two months now. Looks like we will have to send this debt to a collection company. ZERO STARS ..... BAD COMPANY
We had some wind damage done to our roof and Greg was very quick to respond and get the roof repaired within 24 hours. It was great to have the photos of the damage sent to me. Greg was very pleasant to deal with. We are very happy with the work and great service.
The office staff is always helpful and the service was top notch. I appreciated the fact that they went beyond my request and checked the whole roof structure for stability before they started.
After the huge snowfall at the end of January, we experienced a leak in a bedroom ceiling. The water was dripping and rolling down the wall like a waterfall. Doucette responded immediately. Two crew members came and shoveled off a foot of snow and chopped through a foot of ice. The water stopped almost immediately once the crew had finished shoveling off the back corner of the roof.
