Customer service was friendly, but seemed to have no knowledge of how their own computer system worked and no access to assist with an issue adjusting an incorrect rate. The manager doesn't come in to work until like 10 or 11 and leaves early, if you manage to catch them by luck they ask for time to help then never get back to you or fix the problem. Great location, decent amenities, but very dirty and rundown. My stay was 17 days long and it was a rollercoaster of emotions. I’ll try to capture everything as objectively as possible. It all began in a very negative note. I checked into my room around 2100pm on March 2nd and I found a room that was completely filthy. There was black stains on the ceiling from the air conditioning system, the vent registers were complete covered in filth.
