From Janelle at the front desk to Augustine and Tamala at the back bar restaurant… This place was great and the people were super friendly! Great place with a nice pool and even a hot tub to see the stars!
Nasty. Rooms stink. Don't come here.
Woke up at 2am to bad sewer order coming out of bathroom. Stayed in outer room with doors closed. Told morning desk clerk and he said sorry have a cookie. Also a $75 charge put on my credit card for no reason. Did not see this in tell after we left Tucson
I’ve been staying at this hotel for a while now, and the staff delivers constant service, support, and a positive attitude towards all of their guests. The rooms are clean, the pool and hot tub are always really nice, and the location of the hotel makes driving or walking to the local shops and stores such a convenience.
