BEWARE & AVOID THIS HOTEL BY EVERY MEANS! THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL WE'VE EVER STAYED IN. UPON CHECK IN THE A/C DIDN'T WORK FOR DAYS & MANAGER VIRGINIA WAS AWARE & DIDN'T HAVE THE DECENCYTO ADVISE US THE A C HAD BEEN BROKEN AND NOT WORKING FOR DAYS!, ELEVATORS WERE BROKEN, NO HOT WATER, THE TOILETS WERE ALWAYS BACKING UP, ROOMS & BEDS WERE FILTHY, TV IN BEDROOMS DIDN'T WORK, THE ROOMS CONSTANTLY SMELLED LIKE SEWER! Close to Tucson airport, lobby is nice but the rooms are old and musty. The wall paper is falling off the walls and no room key needed just had to push it open.

What a disappointment! I have been a Hilton diamond and gold member for several years, traveling for work at least 60 days everyday year and this is the most run down doubletree I have ever stayed at. I usually stay at the one down town but figured it try this one being closer to the airport. NEVER again. It smells like smoke and mildew everywhere. I changed rooms and no luck. The front desk person is very nice but this place is really gross and old. I am not picky but I could not sleep with the terrible smell of this place.... read more

You can walk from the airport to the hotel, however, I would recommend to stay anywhere else. I switched rooms after the first day because the tun wasn't draining and no hot water in the shower. The room smelled like it was smoked in and rhe ac does not work. In the room I moved to, the tub drained but still no water and the room was even hotter. It literally was cooler outside the 2nd night. The room smelled about the same. There's mold around the exhaust vents in both bathrooms. The hotel in general is extremely outdated, ... read more
