This has been a really frustrating experience. WiFi does not work at all. I have been given a promotional code, but it’s just as bad as the original. I work remotely and have had to use sick/vacation time due to how unreliable the internet is. I’ve asked for help three times without any sort of resolution. I had a great stay at the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Tucson Airport while in town for the fair. The location is perfect—so close to the airport, and the 24-hour shuttle service made catching my flight super easy. The customer service was excellent, and the food was fresh and delicious. The WiFi worked perfectly with strong coverage—I had no issues connecting for work and streaming Netflix. Overall, a smooth and comfortable experience. I’d definitely stay here again.

Digital key wasn't functional upon arrival. Had to walk to the desk anyway because parking up there was atrocious. Nobody answered chat on the app. The place is spread out and shows that it is older but it is fine for a night or two when in Tucson. It is adjacent to the airport terminal. You couldn't find a closer hotel to the airport.
