This is a nice place but needs some basic maintenance. Doors don’t shut well, bathroom door has to be pushed hard and scrapes the floor. Tub has big cracks in the caulking, switches on lamps are funky, TV stand is broken and tilting down at an angle, bathroom sink is in the bedroom, not with toilet and tub. Vent for air conditioning blows directly onto the bed and we had to shut it off to sleep but wasn’t a problem because it stayed cool enough. Many of the TV channels were blank which was annoying. This was a nightmare visit. I arrived insanely late (not the hotels fault) but I just wanted a shower and bed. I checked in, the lady was kind, but when I got to my room it smelled horribly of cigarettes, I just wanted to take a shower only to find out there was no hot water. I had to pack up and go back down stairs to ask to be moved. Again she was really kind but mentioned there was a hot water problem. The next room wasn’t much better but it was already 1am. Great staff... Spencer is super nice. Bed is extremely comfortable. Grounds are well-kept. A+++

Horrible service during breakfast, the person in charge never gave me a menu, never told me what was included, scrambled eggs were cold and unsalted I paid $130 dollars for the night, breakfast was included and they charged me $36 extra, it was not worth it, not recommended at all, everything and everyone sucked.
