Here for a conference and would come back for a personal stay. Helpful friendly staff.

Outdated and run down rooms that need updates. The lighting is horrible and dingy and the vanity needs much brighter lighting. Liquid hand soap would be a nice addition at the sink area. I was harassed while walking to the store by some guy on the sidewalk. I was told not to walk alone. The older women that seems to be in charge of the breakfast seating, etc. is miserable and mean. The front desk staff was polite. Excellent workout area.

My husband booked a room at this hotel. The location is good, and the room is spacious, but unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. The front desk staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming.. While we appreciated the location and spacious room, the unfriendly service negatively affected our overall experience.
