The gentleman working front desk graveyards is absolutely superb and at the very least deserves a raise if not a promotion! Super polite and professional always so warm and caring. I actually enjoy seeing him when I check in. An absolute delight that man! Love this hotel
Everything was great first time in Utah except the bartender Katie at the hotel bar, bad attitude and ignored me for more than 30 minutes while I wait to order food.she helped other people before me so left Company bought one week stay for work and this person ruined it had to go eat to outside restaurants when she worked we will not be staying there no more! Even the staff says she treats them the same She has tattoos on one arm needs to go
