Rooms need updating VERY BAD....let out couch dingy and not clean, covers on the bed not clean and had stains, mold in the ceiling, on the curtains, and around the ac, hole in bathroom walls. I called to the front desk for another comforter and the lady stated they didn't have any more comforters smh. Pay for parking is expensive, had to pay $18 for both days to park. Only thing good is the location. I really am trying to get a refund.
Guest services were horrible and rude! The sofa in the room was not clean and stained!
This hotel is dingy, outdated and needs so much work!! This is not a quality Doubletree. Do not stay here. Our room was dirty, smelled like mildew. There was mold in the shower and blood on the sheets.
Gross!!! Drain flies all over my room coming from the bathroom. Paint peeling on the ceiling, dust covered air vents. Bathroom has mold all over the grout. On the upside the cleanest thing was the bed, however pull that back and you find popcorn, candy, hair, and a penny.
Nice hotel for the price and friendly staff.
