I really like my room. It was overall clean; however, there was a bandaid in the the shower that housekeeping should have caught. Service was great. Airport shuttle was very convenient. My biggest complaint is that we REALLY need to do something about the water pressure in the shower! It is barely a dribble. Can we get some new shower heads at least? Also, the breakfast was not worth it. If I were not a Diamond Member and gotten food credit, it would have killed me to pay $15 for the same standard (or less) of a breakfast bu... read more
Simply put , this place needs a facelift , and it looks like they've ignored the property inside and out including the rooms and it needs a lot of tender , loving care , but on a bright note , the service from the front desk and the cleaners are exceptional
Each staff member was outstanding in their service skills including the maid service, front desk, and restaurant. The beds were comfortable and clean. The room decor was adequate although a bit dated/tired looking. We were surprised to be charged an $18 parking fee for our overnight stay, since the parking lot posts a sign saying free parking. But the service left a good impression with us so we will return.
