The entire AC system for this hotel is broken the rooms, lobby, restaurant all 78-81 degrees front desk is aware and doesn’t seem to care, one staffer told me it has been this way for months, the party cooler… broken, hot tub… out of order, they should remove this location from the brand, until repairs are made. Hilton Honers member they don’t even acknowledge you. No cookies or water even offered at check in. We checked in for 2 hours and left to go stay elsewhere.
Great location. Clean and modern rooms nice big tvs. Bed and linens are super comfortable good quality
Everything was beautiful!
The guy working the evening shift needs to work on his customer service skills because he doesn’t have any. Was irritated and treating people like they were an inconvenience. We stayed 3 nights and not one time did we see the pool cleaned. Pulled out bandaids, hair, bags, and a cup! 😱 nice hotel, nice rooms but workers need better attitudes.
