I actually saw a roach crawling by sink. Then in the bathroom on the floor it looked like dried up blood in front of toilet. Also there was only one remote to control TV’s which I thought was inconvenient since they were being used at the same time. I also found that they did not have the free complimentary breakfast which sucked in my opinion, especially since my children wanted to try it.

The rooms were clean and comfortable The on site restaurant and bar was convenient.

The good: the room was spacious. The room cleaning service is every day. The bad: The ice machine for the back half of the hotel was missing. It requires a mile walk (half a mile each way) to get ice. They blocked the parking lot by the conference center entrance for no reason, requiring me to drive around to even get to the door by my room. The keys (all of them) to my room were deactivated a day early, requiring me to get that fixed from the far end of the hotel past the blockage of the parking lot. We were in Mt. Laurel and at this hotel for a wedding and overall it was a nice stay. Front desk staff was very pleasant and efficient at check-in. When got to our room, it was like walking into a refrigerator. You can see in the first pick the thermostat had been set for 64° - absolutely ridiculous and a tremendous waste of energy. Other pics show a lack of routine maintenance and no attention to details.
