I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone! We stayed here for a wedding, the hotel’s AC broke and no one was able to fix it during our stay, so we had to open the windows in 80 degree weather because our thermostat was reading 85. This happened to several rooms during our stay. I also left a suit in the room and housekeeping tossed it rather than giving it to the front desk or lost and found. Stayed there last weekend. Ac didn’t work. Notified staff on 3 separate occasions was told it would be resolved. Was never resolved. Got back late at night and half the hotels keys no longer worked including mine. Took another 40 minutes to get into the room. Called the general manager left a message never hear anything back.
Our recent stay at your hotel was extremely disappointing due to non-functional air conditioning and poor customer service from the front desk staff. :Sent Ms. Leandra Lafond the General Manager an email and left a VM , Unfortunately, I haven't received a response yet.
I came into town for Spring Break with my family for a quick weekend getaway. I encountered an issue with my HVAC in my room over the weekend. I wrote a feedback review and the GM reached out to me and rectified and resolved my issue. To be honest, I thought I was going to have to go through hoops to get it resolved even though I had proof with video and receipts, but to my surprise Ms/Mrs. Leandra Lafond came through! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!! No air-conditioning, lots of noise and awful service! Find another hotel.
