Everything was pretty nice. Their complimentary cookies were delicious! Our King Suites were clean and spacious but one of the rooms’ deadbolts were broken and removed but never replaced.
Stayed for 2 nights during a cold snap where the temps were less than 20 degrees and we had around 6 inches of snow fall overnight. The heat in my room did not work, despite being told that it was fixed multiple times, and also telling me they’ll keep me updated on the repair, which they didn't. Each morning I woke up with the room at 63/64 degrees. The manager refunded one night of my two-night stay - I can only assume they view it as acceptable for 50% of the stay to be at ridiculously cold temps in the room. They also neg... read more
