Service is grate. But rooms need a deseret need for updating. Balcony look like they are about to fall off the building with all the epoxy patches. Rooms can clearly tell of numerous water leaks. One of there elevator worked one day then was out of order for 3. Not much confidence in that equipment. Buffet breckfast was included for me but $16 is not worth that cost. Went for a conference there it was good the pool was out of order not sure if they have fixed it by now
This hotel is old and totally out of date. The rooms are dingy and poorly kept. The worst problem is the AC system. It was quite cold here overnight in the 40°F range. It was so cold in our room that I turned the thermostat to HEAT mode and the set temp to 76°F on three separate occasions during the night. Each time, COLD air came out of the vents and made the room cold down to 63-65°F. I turned the system off, and called in the morning.
