This hotel used to be amazing when it was an Embassy Suites hotel. Since Hilton took over and made it a DoubleTree hotel it appears they have done very little upkeep. Walls had sloppy repair jobs that didn't match with the rest of the wall in my room. All the furnishings/fixtures/cabinets were beat to hell. The AC vents were disgusting and barely staying in place. Group of 8 of us went for a business trip. Two of my colleagues rooms were infested with roaches. They had to relocate. The rooms were old, not taken care of and just need a whole lot more attention.

I will never stay here again. My husband and I stayed a couple weeks ago. (I need to note I have a severe trauma in the past in a hotel. I was kidnapped and dragged by 3 strange men some time back. ) So im nervous in hotels. The staff tapped twice at 9 ot 930 am at the door ( check out isnt until noon) they came in without even waiting for a reply. Litterally immediately. No time to response.
