during my recent trip I came in late. Marcos had my key and ready to present before I said anything. only place to stay for business in the valley

I have stayed at this location several times and have generally had positive experiences. However, during this stay I was very disappointed to find bugs in my room. When I received a text from the front desk asking how my stay was going, I reported the issue, but unfortunately did not receive a response. While I believe I have killed all of them myself, I cannot be certain. I will be here until Friday, but regret to say that I will not be returning in the future.
