We recently had a staycation there and it was an AMAZING experience. The feeling when you walk in, the wow moment of going up the elevator and seeing your room, the pool, to the people. It attracts a great crowd. I've never stayed at a hotel where most of the guests smile and say hello and what are you up to. That goes to show the feel of staying there. My 7year old daughter said, I'm glad this place exists daddy. Definitely a great place to stay. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. IT'S ALL WORTH IT
Needs a refresh and some TLC.
For $134+/night, I have a bit higher expectations for my hotels. Especially one with a brand reputation. The room....oh boy....where to start....the thermostat maybe worked? It did a great job cooling the front room, but not the bedroom. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was broken, the conditioner was out in the shower, and was never refilled by housekeeping. There was no complimentary toiletries bag. Just subpar hand soap. There was mildrew in the top corner of the shower and it took over 5 minutes (yes, you read thst right)... read more
