Terrible hotel: we got there and there were bugs dead on the windowsill. We said maybe it just wasn’t cleaned well. We came back at night and there were cockroaches all over the bathroom. We immediately left and asked for a full refund. They would not refund us the night and stated we needed to call corporate to get a refund. Now corporate is telling us that they need the hotel to release the refund. Every time we call the hotel the “manager” is conveniently not there… do not stay here I repeat do not.

Horrible service from two front desk agents! Second day manager made right to the best of his ability, luckily a manager answered the phone on one of my phone calls because I was told numerous times by the front desk agent there was not a manager in when I asked to speak to one. Jackie at thr front desk was so helpful and accommodating. Our rooms were lovely. We were in 208 & 210 - and it sounded like the level above us may be a rooftop space - late into the night you could hear chairs moving - which was unfortunate- other than that it was a lovely stay.

This place is definitely on the basic side. It's a standard hotel at best. Restaurant does pump out good food and the roof top lounge is nice. Check in was easy, pool available. Rooms are clean enough, bed has been comfortable to sleep in. Sheets don't fit properly. No counter space at all in the bathroom. Room cleaning never happened much. Left room for hours early, while most had do not disturb, the room never got touched. I did housekeeping before, no reason for that. Maybe short staffed, maybe don't care. AC works well. ... read more
