Jose and Deepthi made my stay superb. Not only was the staff amazing the location is perfect with ocean views. I will definitely be staying here on my next trip to Dana Point !
I’m a Hilton diamond with over 100 nights per year a many hiltons across the country…. I have stayed at this hotel about 30 times since 2018. This hotel was far better when it was a double tree. Staff is far less friendly. Parking is $45 dollars, yes that is not a typo, which is absolutely ridiculous (I pay less than that in Manhattan), and there is no other options at all. Gets a good rating due to location and beach access, otherwise this would be a two-star hotel at best from a service perspective and value proposition.
