I went there for a wedding. Stayed 2 nights. This was the first Hotel that I’ve ever went to. That did not include breakfast. Which is perfectly fine But the fact that it does not include parking is ridiculous. $100 on top of what’s already being charged for the room is unheard of. When I expressed a concern The staff Did not care, and was very inconsiderate. I almost canceled my reservation but my Family Was all staying there. No blanket in the room. And there was an at ant crawling around in the bed sheet
Stayed a night with my wife. Room was good, parking was OK BUT HAD TO PAY FOR PARKING UNDERGROUND! was an additional 45$
Staff was really friendly. Had an issue with our AC but Joaquin came up to fix it very quickly. Valet team was amazing as well
The main thing that I would never come back to this hotel is the arrogant workers at the front desk. We did not feel welcome at all. Room smelled Smokey . Breakfast is super expensive. No body seems to like working at the hotel so that’s shows a lot.
