Great room, however water was only mildly warn for shower. Room was not resfresed or restocked on a daily basis. Breakfast was not included and over priced. No businrss center, nor printer abailable.

Surprisingly betrer than some of the negative reviews I encountered. The good: 1. While the facility is older, it is relatively good shape 2. Comfortable, above average bedding 3. Larger hotel feel creates a more relaxed feeling. Workout room and pool in good shape The bad: 1. Service is a little below average, needing more experience with tenured travellers 2. This was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in, customer service was horrible the room was dirty it looked like the shower hadn't been cleaned the toilet paper holder had an almost empty roll of toilet paper on it and there wasn't any extra rolls, we had to go to the desk and ask for some. We only had 2 wash clothes/hand towels and bath towels, there was no where to hang your towels. We were there for 3 nights and never seen housekeeping, we had to keep taking our dirty towels to the front desk to get clean ones. I wil... read more
