I have stayed at the DoubleTree on Butterfield in the Chicago area probably 6-7 times over the course of the last year and a half, and every experience has been wonderful. The moment I walked in and saw a full-fledged Starbucks I knew I had found my "place"! The ONLY drawback is that the parking is frustrating, and not very accomodating. I have never not found a spot, but it is very often that I have to drive around twice when I return later in the evening, and as a guest at the hotel, I think that's not very accomodating. 5... read more

This was our first time staying here and we absolutely loved it!!! The rooms were big and extremely nice. The hot tub was a pretty decent size and very relaxing lol The service was beyond amazing!!! Will definitely be staying here again!!!!!!!

Pretty nice hotel. The service at the front desk was alright, they only ever had one person working it when we were there so we had quite the wait. The hotel rooms were nice and clean the tvs were older but worked well. We were there for an event and the hotel served us food for this event, this was some of the worst food I have had in a long time. Kiana at the front desk is what keeps me coming back to this specific location . Out of all the Hiltons in the area she has gone above and beyond
