The rooms are very spacious and clean. The showers aren't the best for tall people but they are newer. The amenities at this hotel are some of the best in the area with fitness center, pool and Jacuzzi. There's also a great restaurant and bar and starbucks in the lobby area. I'm a frequent visitor to this hotel for business reasons.
The amenities, room quality, and location already make this a hub for the traveling business person. But this place truly is set apart. If I’ve ever had a remote issue - the team here is quick to fix and ensures my stay is amazing. I’ll continue to return here as I have for a year now on all my Chicago trips.
Staff is super nice. They text you throughout your stay to make sure you have everything you need. Room is nice, couch...could be better, but that's for tv watching, so who cares.
I’ve been to this place maybe 6 times and I love it. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, hotel is quiet and staff are great
