Very unsatisfied with my stay at DoubleTree by Hilton. I found a bed bug in my room, which is completely unacceptable. The hotel was also not clean—trash was overflowing in the garage and there was garbage on the floors. Housekeeping was disappointing as well. The room did not feel properly cleaned, and overall standards were very low. I would not recommend staying here until they seriously improve cleanliness and maintenance.
I believe this is an old Embassy Suites. However, the rooms are clean and somewhat spacious. The staff if AMAZING, KIND, AND CERTAINLY HELPFUL!
We stayed here for a hockey tournament. The rooms were clean. Only complaint is the shower head was broken so the water pressure wasn't great. The restaurant downstairs was delicious. The staff was so helpful and checked in during our stay which was nice.
We stayed one night. It was nice. Cool room layouts
