Super run down hotel. Poorly managed. It’s undergoing renovations, so should be improved. But the management of the building and construction is sloppy. Construction is out in the open, no dust containment. Certain areas undergoing major renovations while guests in adjoining rooms. It’s obvious management doesn’t care. Housekeeping did their job well every day.
Amazing stay at the DoubleTree! The new bar and restaurant look fantastic, and the service was outstanding. Sai at the front desk was exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive. This was truly my best stay ever. I’ll definitely be coming back.
Guy at the front desk was the most amazing person ive ever met. He was extremely nice and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. He also told us places to play pickleball
This is a motel 6 disguised as a double tree The room I stayed in was updated, relatively ok except the tv was ancient and the desk so small you cant even put a laptop on it The hotel is still under renovation, they blocked off one of the elevators from the side door which was one of the few reasons I chose this hotel The hallway is filled with dust There was no lightbulbs in the lamp by the bedside Walk in shower was a massive plus but not enough to make me want to stay here any longer For a double tree property, this is by... read more
Check-in was seamless and they are in the middle of renovations, so the lobby looks nice. However, the first room we ended up in had no AC and was 80 degrees. There was also a moldy towel holding the broken fridge door open. We swapped rooms (which they were willing to do). Second room was far better, but that's not saying much. The AC worked, and there were no bugs (we looked). This is where things turn for the worse.
