Long review: We arrived to the front of the hotel where it is under reconstruction! Walked around the workers and through the lobby doors where I was greeted by a nice young lady. We were given a ground floor room, and she explained the hotel was full and that was the room she had to give me. I had asked on the reservation for a top floor. No blankets we have 2 sheets and a weird peice of fome between them. Crazy looking stain on the pull out sofa.
We checked in on 9/15/25 and left immediately. The room was absolutely disgusting. There were blood stains on the curtains. The bathroom ceiling had mold and peeling paint on the ceiling. The shower had soap scum and hairs in the door tracks. We couldn't see out the windows due to the dirt. We told the front desk about it and the gentlemen there refused to listen. We booked this room through the Hilton App. I can't believe they would put their name on this property. The pictures speak for themselves.
TL;DR - This is the hotel that will teach you that you should always check for reviews and trust those who have stayed there. This hotel was dirty, the service terrible and the accommodations dated. Hands down the is the second worst hotel. I’ve stayed at in 50 years. The three times I brought concerns / questions up to the staff, I was met with employees who didn’t know what they were doing. Booked a room weeks in advance took money out of my account drive for 13 hrs to get there and be told they were over booked and had no rooms available. It’s 1am and we now have no where to sleep! This is so much bull crap!!!!
