Very unprofessional staff, got charged extra for early checkin without even informing during checkin. After arguing about that, they mentioned that they dont care about the customer experience which is pretty bad.
Friendly staff - special shout out to Al (shuttle driver)! He was very friendly and entertaining during the drives and made our trip memorable. The location is not ideal compared to other hotels since it isn't walking distance to major areas but was made up by the free shuttle which has direct stops to HBS, Harvard Square, Copley Square, and the Aquarium.
