Great rooms, but nothing to ruin it faster for me than being a money grab. For the first time in my life I’ve seen a hotel that charges its guests for parking….. and not a small amount like five or ten bucks but 47 dollars A NIGHT! Requested a late check out and was told I needed to pay 25 dollars for a 1 pm checkout instead of the usual 12pm. It’s laughable how greedy this facility is.
We upgraded to a suite, and this was perfect for a 5-night stay. We had a view overlooking the Charles River, and we were able to enjoy the fireworks from there. There is a shuttle that can get you to key points, including Harvard Square, where you can catch the Red Line. I recommend the hotel, which offers on-site self-laundry and is within walking distance (.4 miles) of a Whole Foods.
It was a wonderful stay. The rooms are clean and cozy, the location is great, the view from the window is wonderful. We would particularly like to highlight the excellent service provided to Hilton Honors members. In particular, Sasha was a great help and took excellent care of us.
It was ok I stayed there for like 4 months, there a little weird about there bottled water tho
