I’m a Hilton diamond with over 100 nights per year a many hiltons across the country…. I have stayed at this hotel about 30 times since 2018. This hotel was far better when it was a double tree. Staff is far less friendly. Parking is $45 dollars, yes that is not a typo, which is absolutely ridiculous (I pay less than that in Manhattan), and there is no other options at all. Gets a good rating due to location and beach access, otherwise this would be a two-star hotel at best from a service perspective and value proposition.
This is a fantastic place to stay, the hotel staff is very nice, especially the guys are the valet they are so welcoming. Hotel manager said hello too. The hotel has a great beach vibe, rooms nice and updated. Feels like a true vacation here. I have only two suggestions the lobby gift shop didn’t have Diet Coke cans, they should add Diet Cokes most people drink them. Also, rooms have only light roast coffee adding a medium and dark would be great! Thank you for lovely stay.
Staff are the strong point here. Friendly and helpful. Location across from the beach is convenient. Was able to walk around a bit too The hotel itself is not clean. It leaves a lot to be desired in that department. When cleaning was supposedly done, the beds were made up. The end. Surfaces weren't cleaned. Neither was the shower stall and or the floor of the room. Saw a roach in the hallways every day. No value for cost. Breakfast is also a disappointment for what is charged.
