As a customer that stays 4 nights a week almost every week I find it frustrating when you come back after a long days work and find zero parking do to an event, they should have assigned parking for events!!! I parked right out front along the curb. Not paying for a room and having to walk a 1/4 mile to get back to my car.
The place its average the staff sucks so bad the management is no where to be found. Im here for work and they treat you like dirt. The staff ignores you. My room didn't have a TV remote so it couldn't be used the mini fridge was broken and the air conditioner wasn't working. The week before that I put the do not disturb sign on my door and they still went in the room. The manager was trying to make it seem like I didn't put the sign or not their fault never apologized until I said I never got an apology. I am disgusted with... read more
We had such a great stay at the DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Lancaster while we were in town for a cheer competition. We booked knowing there was construction going on, but it honestly didn’t impact our stay at all. Our room was at the end of the hallway and the rest of the hall was blocked off for construction, but there was no noise, no smells, and no disruption whatsoever. The room itself was immaculate.
