I stayed here from Friday to Sunday, and overall I had a great experience. The service was excellent—I really can't complain. Everyone working here was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A special shoutout to all the Cuban staff—they were incredibly kind and hardworking, and they made our stay even more enjoyable. Before coming, I read some reviews saying the food was terrible, but that wasn't our experience at all. We had breakfast and lunch at the hotel every day, and the food was good and reasonably priced. Three words: double tree cookies🤤 our stay is always pleasant there! On our way to the keys we always stay a night here. Quick access to the beach, just across the street, nice pool, and hot tub too! Beds are so so so comfy and room has always been clean!

I went with my family to celebrate my birthday and check out the hotel, thinking I might return if I liked it. The first thing I noticed was that the open-air lobby had no air conditioning. We went to the pool area, where a very kind lady gave us towels and explained that, since it was a Monday, the Tiki Bar wouldn't be open. The pool was a bit dirty—lots of plant debris from the trees was falling in, and there was nothing to clear it out.
