I have been staying at this hotel for many years, on most of my trips to Miami. The trips have been frequent, and their customer service has been relatively good. For this last trip, I want to give a special shout-out: first to Arthur, at the front desk, for his incredibly great attitude and good service, and second to Daysi, at the breakfast buffet, who seems to be there on my every visit. It is unfair to rate the DT as they are going thru a refresh. Looks like I stayed here 4 years ago and the rooms look and feel even older. Hope come back after the refresh
