The room rate was fair for our 1 night stay and chose it for the price, brand and location. We arrived at the airport in the late afternoon and walked to doors 5-8 on the1st floor of the airport for hotel shuttle pick up. The driver was prompt, friendly and courteous. It arrived at the 1/2 as indicated. We arrived at the hotel for easy and fast check in with friendly staff member that checked us in and handed us warm cookies. DO NOT STAY HERE!! I was wrongly charged twice for my stay. It’s impossible to get a hold of anyone, so I went in person 2 weeks ago and was told it was getting refunded. It STILL has not been refunded. They lied to me and said it would just be the security deposit. This hotel is a scam. Save yourself the stress. I’ve stayed at 1-star roach motels with better operating procedures. ALSO I waited over an hour to checkin. Horrible hotel.
Imagine traveling for 2 days from the Philippines to Miami, USA and you’ll be greeted by unmotivated and rude staff of this hotel. Rooms were not ready and it took us more than 3 hours of waiting. The management is very inefficient. All the staff are careless. No empathy. We looked like homeless lounging in the hotel lobby while the staff are gossiping and playing their phones.
