Fantastic hotel, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely be back!!
Room and hotel great, restaurant was horrible. For breakfast they had one server working a banquet on second floor and managing the restaurant. Which meant no service in restaurant. We waited 29 minutes for eggs and toast, had to get our own silverware and napkins. We had to ask for ham for the toast, she threw three packs on our table. Our family went later in the morning and had to leave after no one showed up to seat them for 15 minutes.
A small group of us spent a night here as we passed through on a business trip. It’s a beautifully historic building. A fun setting! I was actually upgraded as a Hilton Diamond member to a king suite which is atypical for Hiltons in the USA. The reason I gave only 4 stars is the service and cleanliness. At the front desk the ladies working there seemed much more interested in getting back to their conversation or whatever it was they were doing on their phones.
