Starting with the friendly desk staff, this hotel was wonderful. The front desk staff were welcoming, the lobby is elegant, the rooms spacious and very clean, and for our 4 days of work at the Nexus Center the location was excellent. The only thing we struggled with was how to use the remote control.

I liked this hotel quite a lot. A beautiful old historic hotel. The lobby was amazing with the white columns and shiny floor. The room was great. It had a jacuzzi and a gym. I dont believe ive ever stayed in a hotel with gym equipment in the room. The bed was veey comfortable. I slept very well. The location is great too. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. They also have a good sized parking lot. I'll be staying here again

Another great find while visiting Utica. This hotel has alot of history behind it and we really enjoyed the stay. Water was hot, room was very large and clean. Staff were very friendly. The bar drinks were very good. I paid for Breakfast with our room...i think for this hotel it coukd have been just a tad better. Maybe omelets to order from the kitchen? Would really make it a whole great experience. French toast or pancakes as an option as well. That would be my only wish. We will definitely be back here as it intrigued us t... read more

Hotel was beautiful and historic. Rooms were a little dirty, glass shower doors leaked water all over the floor, do not disturb tag fell off the door to the hall floor whenever you shut it so we had housekeeping staff walk in on us while we were sleeping, multiple times went to purchase a drink from the lobby and no one was at the front desk to check out after waiting a few minutes.
