The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. They were so flexible and made our stay so comfortable.
It's a nice hotel. I will say, they're very bad at answering the phone.
I have stayed at this hotel often and always liked it. The area isn't my favorite, but it is 'ok'. I generally stay in and don't really wander the streets, but it is close to anything you might want. In my last stay they weren't offering breakfast which was a bummer. BUT, the restaurant and bar there are awesome! I had their burger and it was ridiculously great. A mostly average place. The room I stayed in was huge it was a corner room that’s a double. Tons of space. Nice big bathroom as well. The bed was comfy. The room was clean. It’s right in the middle of things if you’re going to the auditorium or Nexus center, as it’s like a 2 block walk. However it’s a bit old and banged up. In need of a refresh.
